At FitzzzVilla, every product is made-to-order with premium quality checks to ensure the best experience for our customers.

Returns & exchanges are only accepted if:
• The product received is damaged
• Wrong item/size was delivered
• Printing defect or manufacturing issue

To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order ID
• Clear unboxing video/photos

📌 Since products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns for:
• Wrong size selected by customer
• Change of mind
• Minor color variation due to screen settings

Approved replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
